Exchanges and returns

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return an item. Any item to be returned must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by providing the email associated with the account used for the purchase, your first name, last name, and the order number. Our team will then guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth return process.

Refund:
Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on banking timelines.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible only for the same item, for example, in case of a size change or if the item is defective. If you want a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
