Shipping & delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped the following day of the order confirmation via LA POSTE COLISSIMO.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs for all orders and delivery in Metropolitan France are free. For all others destinations, you can consult the rates applicable to your order here.
What shipping options are available?
Currently, we only offer shipping via LA POSTE COLISSIMO for each of the destinations. You can consult the delivery times that apply to your country here.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Orders can take 24-48 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched as well as its tracking number.
Delivery times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, the driver must leave you a pass mark informing you that your package has been left at a pickup point.
Exchanges & returns
What is the return policy?
Items purchased on code-clothing.com are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. All items must not be worn in their original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
We recommend that you return the products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection during transport. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via assured and traceable delivery for your protection.
Please note that returns are currently not free and that it will be the customer's entire obligation to pay for the return of any item purchased from us. Please also note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transport and we strongly recommend that all returns be sent using tracked delivery.
What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of the returned goods and are based on the availability of stocks at that time. We are not able to book or guarantee the stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. If you are interested in a different color or style, or if the product page indicates that the product is in stock, please save your return request for a refund and simply purchase the new piece(s) separately on code-clothing.com.
